I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Bukit Bintang with plenty of nightlife and food options nearby. However, the rooms were not well-maintained and the breakfast options were quite disappointing. I expected better for the price we paid, especially given its boutique status.

I had a pleasant stay overall, with a fantastic location just a block from Jalan Alor and plenty of eateries nearby. The room was comfortable and the staff, especially Miss Riza, were incredibly helpful. However, the breakfast could use more variety and the ambiance outside the hotel was a bit unsettling at times.
